Our Item Price Lists (IPL) can be used to generate multi-tiered pricing sources. Our IPL are flexible and can be based on unit of measure, date range, quantity volume and customer class. Depending on your product pricing, various pricing categories can be established using Price Levels solutions. Price Levels can even be assigned to customers in order to help you calculate discount rates/or premiums for specific customers, possibly based on volume of business.

PRICING PERMISSIONS
Our facility of Pricing Permissions permits you to pinpoint individuals who may change item pricing at the CRM sales order entry screen while taking an order or giving a quote. Our Pricing Permissions enable you to assign the exact pricing threshold values, be it a mark-up or mark-down scheme.

INVENTORY ADJUSTMENTS
Inventory Management involves physical counting and fine-tuning of records with regard to quantity or dollar balance of items stocked in inventory. This includes checking stock for damages, theft or events other than sales and purchases. Our software enables you to make quick adjustments to you inventory quantity and dollar value equations. For instance our software generates a General Ledger entry whenever a dollar value adjustment is made thus updating the appropriate inventory and adjustment expense account.

Our inventory control software enables you to track inventory as it moves. The software uses item and sales document issuance to track inventory from one job to another. It also records return of inventory from previous issuance. Inventory quantities on hand are reduced when items are issued or invoiced to a particular job and increase when credited or returned to stock.
