The Aplicor Digital Dashboard extends the Decision Support suite to include a centralized, visual, Executive Information System (EIS) and provides an at-a-glance view of the current operational state of the organization. The Dashboard presents instinctive displays of the most important organizational information arranged on a single page so the information can be monitored at a glance and immediately inquired upon. The Digital Dashboard intelligently gathers, processes and presents meaningful information in user-defined views in order to cut through the clutter, provide instant visibility to key performance indicators (KPIs), provide a number of performance metrics in a consolidated view and leverage color coding and intuitive visual indicators such as charts, tables or images which are instantly understandable.

Only Aplicor Dashboards move beyond looking at static historical data and instead facilitate 'what if' analysis and pro-forma business modeling. Aplicor Dashboards identify not just historical data, but also include the most salient factors and variables which influence reporting results.

By permitting these variables to be flexed and manipulated, Aplicor Dashboards display what-if reporting results "on the fly". Without business modeling capabilities, Dashboards are little more than regurgitated information lacking any actionable outcomes.

PLUG-AND-PLAY DASHBOARD CONFIGURATION

Digital Dashboard allows the user to configure customized dashboards by selecting from dozens of plug-and-play functional panel components. Sample panel functions include CRM Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), user-defined Grids and Tables, Content Management, Links, RSS News Feeds, Announcements, Document Repositories, Surveys, Forums, FAQs, Google Search function, I-Frame's (to embed remote data within a panel), user-defined XML data feeds and several others.

STEAMLINING THE ORDER ENTRY PROCESS

With the Dashboard Editor, each user may define multiple dashboards for varying lines of business, categorized KPI's or other user-defined segmentation as well as position each dashboard's panels in user-defined locations. The Digital Dashboard is able to universally connect, aggregate, consolidate and display any XML or HTML data source into a concise, clear and intuitive visual display.

The Aplicor Digital Dashboard mines CRM data repositories, as well as information in ancillary systems, and presents macro-level visual indicators regarding specific performance measures. The user may choose what information is aggregated from each of the CRM suite modules or other systems and display the information in customized views. Each user may retain a personalized desktop and Executive Information System (EIS) that displays specific performance metrics based on the users roles or uniquely established performance measures.

Effective dashboards are the result of informed visual design and precise target audiences.
