Our Project Portfolio Management module can easily be configured to centrally store all project documentation and templates. Simple action views or business functions can be used to provide access to all stored documentation or to notify a user of any specific documents and the order of those documents which must be completed throughout the lifecycle of a project. Using comprehensive permissions and restrictions the visibility of documentation and communication actions and be configured and controlled. Using an intuitive filtering mechanism users can easily search the entire database for documents specific to clients, projects, project managers or any user defined field.
