Ideal Candidate Criteria
The ideal candidate (IC) will have extensive knowledge and experience (minimum 8-10 or more years) with the implementation of CRM and ERP solutions. Big 4 is a preference, but I will consider SW consultants and consultants from boutique CRM firms and mid market ERP resellers for Netsuite, Great Plains, Solomon, AccPac, Epicor and Sage. ERP experience is a prime driver, but CRM experience and background is also a plus. The IC should have experience with both larger projects (20+ resources, multiple modules, multiple locations/Business Units) as well as smaller Mid Market clients. Experience managing multiple projects and/or internal priorities is also a plus as we will have this person doing a number of jobs simultaneously. I would also like to have someone who has managed an internal team of consultants for a pro serve firm or SW company. We'd like our first few hires to be able to do as well as lead as we grow.
